This notice covers the website and current enquiry channels. It does not create a zero-logs promise or replace a release-specific notice for a Veilora app or VPN service.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to veilora.top, messages sent to hello@veilora.top, and public interactions with Veilora on X. “Veilora”, “we”, and “us” refer to the operator of these channels. The operator’s formal legal name and registered address have not yet been published and must be added before paid consumer service or account registration is offered.
2. Information we process
The website does not currently offer account registration, payments, or an active app download. We may process:
- Enquiry information: your email address, message, attachments, and our correspondence.
- Technical request data: IP address, request time, requested URL, referrer, browser or device information, response status, and security signals generated by hosting and network systems.
- Project information: requirements, platform preferences, brand materials, and other information you choose to provide when discussing custom work.
- Third-party interactions: if you contact or follow us on X, that service handles information under its own terms and privacy policy.
We have not intentionally added advertising trackers, behavioural advertising, or third-party analytics to this static website. Your browser or network provider may still process information independently.
3. How we use information
We use information to answer enquiries, assess requested custom work, operate and secure the website, diagnose faults, prevent abuse, maintain business records, and comply with applicable law. Where law requires a legal basis, it may be steps requested before a contract, performance of an agreement, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, compliance with law, or consent where specifically requested.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry and project correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an agreed engagement, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Technical server records are retained according to operational and security needs. Fixed website retention periods have not yet been published; you may ask about a particular record. VPN service retention is a separate subject described in release-specific disclosures and the audit summary.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to processing, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale or sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive information, and receive equal service, where the law applies.
Send a request to hello@veilora.top. Describe the request and the email address involved. We may need proportionate information to verify that the request concerns you.
7. Security
We use technical and organisational measures appropriate to the information and current service stage. No website, email system, or network transmission is completely secure. Do not send passwords, wallet recovery phrases, private keys, or other secrets by email.
8. Children
These channels are not directed to children. Do not submit personal information unless you are old enough under applicable law to use the service and enter any relevant agreement. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review it.
9. Changes
We may update this policy as the website, app, VPN service, operator information, or legal requirements change. The effective date identifies the current version. Material changes will be presented through an appropriate notice.
